Music

From singing in choirs to playing in bands to performing in pit orchestras, I have considered myself a musician for over a decade. While running band rehearsals during my junior year in high school, I realized my own passion for teaching music. I followed this passion to CSU (go Rams!) where I played in a variety of ensembles and gained teaching experience in every grade level. This is also where I received my BA in Music Education and my K-12 licensure to teach. 

In my personal time, I enjoy going to Bronco Games, concerts, shows, and the movies. The entertainment world tends to be where I live most, but if I am not there, you can find me in nature and/or spending time with family and friends. I am also a strong believer in fostering an environment where all students can love music and providing students with as many musical experiences as possible.
